Founder & Principal Solutions Architect
A hands-on technical architect who designs and builds the systems Sigma Labs delivers, from Entra ID and Google identity models and Exchange and Gmail environments to Azure and Google Cloud platforms, PowerShell and API automation across Microsoft, Google, Slack and vendor APIs, and the private AI operations layers that run on top of them.
The brokerage's assistant Mia, including its identity model, document intelligence pipeline, approval gates and operations console, was designed and built with their direct involvement. That is the standard for every engagement: the person who designs the architecture is accountable for it working.

The environment comes first
Identity, security boundaries and information architecture are decided before a model is chosen. AI is the last layer, not the first.

Sending, filing to a client record and anything hard to undo waits for a person. That is architecture, not policy.

We publish outcomes a client's own console can back, and we say when a number is an estimate.
Operations is part of the design
Monitoring, cost, audit and support are designed in. A system nobody can run is not finished.
Tools are chosen, not defaulted
Power Automate, n8n, PowerShell or code, whichever is maintainable for the job. Models are selected per task and can be swapped.
Plain language
Architecture is explained in words a business owner can act on. Documentation is generated from the environment, not written once and forgotten.
