This website is operated by Sigma Labs Pty Ltd (ABN 34 683 482 822, ACN 683 482 822), referred to as "Sigma Labs", "we", "us" and "our". Questions about these terms can be sent via our contact page.

You may browse this site and use the enquiry form for their intended purpose. You must not attempt to interfere with the site, probe or test its security without written permission, or use automated tools to extract its content beyond what search engines ordinarily do.

03Information on this site

Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not advice for your specific situation, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions of capabilities and outcomes reflect work we have done for particular clients in particular environments. Your results will depend on your own systems, data and people.

Case-study figures are published with the client's knowledge. Where a figure is an estimate, we say so.

04Service engagements

Any services we provide are governed by a written proposal, statement of work or services agreement. Those documents set out scope, fees, responsibilities, warranties and limitations. They take precedence over anything on this site.

05Intellectual property

The text, design, diagrams and code on this site belong to Sigma Labs or are used with permission. Microsoft, Azure, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Google Cloud, Slack and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used to describe the technologies we work with. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link.

06Third-party links and services

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

07Free tools

The diagnostic tools at /tools (email health check, email header analyser, website check and DNS lookup) are provided free and as-is. They read public DNS records and public web responses at the moment you run them and present an indicative result. They are not a security audit, a vulnerability assessment, a compliance finding or advice, and a good grade does not mean a domain or website is secure. You may only check domains and websites you own or are authorised to assess. The header analyser runs in your browser and does not transmit what you paste. Server-side checks are rate-limited, and we log the domain or address checked and the requesting network address for abuse prevention only.

08Privacy

How we handle personal information, including enquiries sent through this site, is set out in our privacy policy.

09Liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law.

10Changes

We may update these terms and this site at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
